LESEDI SKILLS ACADEMY SHORT COURSES
- Mechanical fitting
- Boilermaking
- Basic welding
Duration: These are entry-level 5-day short courses
Start Date: March to April 2020.
Applications open Thursday 30th January and close 13th February 2020.
To apply, please visit the Lesedi Skills Academy (9 Novell Building, Corner of Neil Hare and, John Dreyer St, Atlantis) to complete an application form and sign the register.
Opening hours are 07h30 – 15h00 Mon-Thur and 07h30 – 11h30 – Friday
Please be sure to bring a certified copy of your ID and a copy of your highest certificate/qualification.
INSTALLATION, REPAIR & MAINTENANCE (IRM)
General Residential Repairer (handyman/woman work relating to skills such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, window, and fencing) with an extra module for Solar Panel installations (just the physical fitting, not the electrical connections).
Duration: 12 week training course and 3-6 months’ work experience
