On the 23rd August 2016, GreenCape hosted a cocktail & networking event on organic waste treatment and the criteria that makes.

CSIR, GreenCape and WMRIG convened a workshop looking at the challenges facing the informal sector, as well as inclusive models to support, develop and value the sector. 

GreenCape would like to thank all those who attended our Eskom networking event this week. 

A special thanks to Eskom representatives, Barbara van Geems and Justine Wyngaardt, for sharing the lessons learned from IPP grid connection applications. Another thank you to all those who attended the event.

Buildings currently consume over 40% of the world’s energy and emit more carbon dioxide than cars thus there is a global surge towards designing greener – and more cost effective - buildings and cities.
