Request for Proposal (RFP): Monitoring & Evaluation Services: Green Outcomes Fund Phase II Project
GreenCape invites suitably qualified and independent service providers to submit proposals for the provision of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) services for the Green Outcomes Fund Phase II project. The key focus of GOF is to de-risk capital investment into innovative green SMMEs by utilising an outcomes mechanism to increase the volume and value of available capital.
This project, funded by the National Treasury’s Jobs Fund, aims to catalyse innovation and investment that contributes to sustainable job creation within the green and informal economies.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Formative (baseline) evaluation
- Mid-term evaluation
- Final (summative) evaluation
- Results-based monitoring aligned with the Jobs Fund framework
Service providers are expected to apply a robust, evidence-based approach integrating both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Submission Requirements Include:
- Detailed proposal and work plan
- Company profile and relevant experience
- CVs of key personnel
- Compliance documentation (Tax clearance, B-BBEE, COIDA, etc.)
