GreenCape has issued this request for proposal (RFP) in connection with the Sustainable Infrastructure Development and Financial Facility (SIDAFF) Programme for a professional service provider (PSP) to provide project preparation services for infrastructure development in Overstrand Municipality.

Scope of work
The objective of the project is to prepare two infrastructure projects located at the Overstrand Local Municipality for construction with external funding. There are two projects within this scope of work, and bidders should provide a response to both these projects in their proposals:
- PROJECT A entails the replacement of pipes in the water distribution system located within Kleinmond, Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay, Rooi-Els and Hermanus.
- PROJECT B is the extension of the sewer network in Hermanus, Hawston and Fisherhaven.
