Request for Quotation (RFQ): Financial, Performance & Compliance Audits: Green Outcomes Fund Phase II Project
GreenCape invites qualified and independent audit firms to submit quotations for Financial, Performance, and Compliance Auditing services for the Green Outcomes Fund Phase II project.
The project is funded by the National Treasury’s Jobs Fund and requires rigorous financial oversight and verification of performance outcomes.
Scope of Work Includes:
- Annual financial, compliance, and performance audits (3 years)
- Quarterly job verification audits (12 quarters)
- Project close-out audit
The appointed service provider will assess financial integrity, compliance with grant conditions, and the accuracy of reported project outcomes.
Submission Requirements Include:
- Detailed quotation and work plan
- Company profile and audit experience
- Team structure and CVs
- Required compliance documentation
